I have a store on eBay and I had a Pro Merchant account on Amazon and have been selling for a while. I wanted to try and use Vendio as a solution to listing on multiple channels. My existing Pro Merchant account was the wrong kind (it was an upgraded "media seller" account), so I closed it and reopened a proper Pro Merchant account (I do have the tabs at the top and my token is displayed in the account info). I have linked both my eBay and Amazon accounts, eBay will import listings, Amazon does not. Any suggestions?

The box was already populated with my Amazon Merchant name (strange?) I changed it to my seller ID and crossed my fingers. All of the other settings have just basic profiles and the tax setting was set to "no tax"
Also, please confirm that after you acquired the new Amazon account you updated the information in your Vendio account under "Preferences" --> "Channels".

Yes, I did all those things. I got my seller-ID from the url on feedback page and my token from the bottom of my account info page. Is there any way to un-associate my Amazon account entirely and then re-associate?

I played around with it a little more and the listings finally showed up. I had to clear all of the pre-defined profiles before it worked.

I was at least partially successful in import my items from Amazon. I have 477 active listings on Amazon and was able to import only 410 items. I didn't get any error messages that I know of. Any suggestions?
I am glad that you were able to get some of them to import. For the remaining 67, please try setting the profiles to "none" and see if that allows them to be imported.

I did as you said and set all of the profiles to "none" and still only 410 items show after about 30 minutes. How long does it take, providing the settings are correct?
