How do I go about editing existing listings that were created in Vendio for eBay items, such as description or template without actually launching an additional item? When I select an item then click on "Edit" it takes me to the same "Create item" page. I tried editing, but I must have done it incorrectly because eBay added another item. Along the same lines, how would I delete that extra listing? Through eBay or Vendio? and if Vendio, how?
In order to edit an active eBay listing you will need to revise the listing through eBay directly. You may cancel an active eBay listing through Vendio by going to "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" --> select the listing --> click "Change Status" and select the "End Items Early" option.

I canceled a listing that I had inadvertently made when trying to edit an eBay/Amazon item through the Vendio. At the time I was not aware that it couldn't be edited that way. I canceled it directly on eBay before I was aware of the "Marketplace Listings" way. It is still showing as being live and I am not able to remove it. When I try I get the error message "End Items on Ebay Unsuccessfull for Market Place Listing Ids: 370373247746" If I can't edit any listings in the Vendio console, how does the "Vendio Reviser" do it?
Try using the "Refresh Live Status" button on the "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" page, and allow at least an hour for the status to be updated. Vendio Reviser allows you to revise limited fields on your active eBay listings. You may view those fields by going to "Channels" --> "Revise Listings" --> then use the "Bulk Revise" button after selecting one of the items to see what options you can revise. Please allow 24 hours for your listings to appear in Reviser.
