I added a item to Both eBay and Amazon through Vendio. The eBay item shows up perfectly fine several minutes later, but it took that same item about 6 1/2 hours to show up in my inventory on Amazon. When it finally did show up, the quantity and price fields were empty, the condition was set wrong and the description I put in was gone. When I say set wrong I mean that it was supposed to be "Used - Very Good" It showed up as "Used-Good" with "verygood" in the description/notes part where I had originally put the description. This is really unacceptable. The items don't show up on Amazon consistently and when they do show they are incorrect. I want to use a solution to speed up my work. I certainly don't need to keep checking back and redoing everything. The instructions for use of Vendio are clear enough and I follow the same steps and the results are different and unpredictable each time, on Amazon anyway. I have wasted 3 days on this "Solution?" Can someone help me out? Let me know what other information you need.

Update to the last post. I created a new item and published it to eBay and Amazon. It showed up on eBay a few minutes later just fine and showed up on Amazon 3.75 hours later, minus the quantity and price. It did have the correct condition and description notes. What is going on with this thing? Can I get a refund?
I am sorry for the trouble you are having. Please let us know the name of the new item that you added that does not have the quantity and price, so that we can take a look.

I have to tell you that I had very high hopes for this ecommerce solution and after 3 days of frustration and the loss of much revenue I am finished. I have put in my request for account closure. Thank you for your help. Good luck with the software. I'm going to start looking elsewhere.
