Why aren't my pay pal payment notifications being sent to my e-mail address? I've contacted pay pal several times and we checked payment notification settings and they are all ok but I'm still not receiving them from this account. A manager stated that the notifications from you are being tagged as bogus, such the date being 1969 and that is why they aren't sending them. The money is going into the account alright be I'm not being notified of the payments which make it difficult in keeping track of things, I have to keep checking pay pal to see if I've been paid yet! E-mail notices were one of the benefits of this account I thought. Please help me with this for it's been going on for several months and it's very frustrating. Thank you.
The IPN (Instant Payment Notification) that you have set up in your Vendio account is so that your orders in Vendio post-sale can automatically be marked as paid when you receive PayPal payment for the items. There is no Vendio setting that is related to you receiving email notifications from PayPal when you receive a PayPal payment. Could you please find out more detail exactly what PayPal was referring to by this "such the date being 1969"? Any specifics you can provide would be helpful.
