Hi,
We have established a Pro Merchant Seller Central Account through Amazon. I am confused however, as to how exactly we can use Vendio to manage this.
We currently have a Vendio Store and regular listings on both eBay and eBay Stores that we have managed with Vendio for years. We're familiar with the Vendio platform and were excited to find out that we might be able to manage the Amazon account as well.
I guess my actual question would be how and where exactly do we get started using Vendio to manage the new Amazon account?
Also, if we choose to utilize checkout through Amazon, will we still be able to receive the post sale information through Vendio?
I'd appreciate any assistance you might be able to provide that will put us in the right direction.
The Amazon option is unfortunately only available for the newer version of Vendio account, and you are currently using an older version. We are working on putting a process in place where you would be able to migrate your current account to the new version, but unfortunately I do not have an eta available at this time.

Thanks Nathan. I'm assuming that if we create a new account with a new seller name and email, then we would then have access and be able to use the new platform? I understand that we can't migrate our existing products and settings to the new platform however, correct? It would basically be like starting from scratch ?

That is correct. You are welcome to open a new account, which would give you access to this option. However you would be effectively starting over from scratch, unfortunately.
