My amazon item import has not worked since september. I submitted for support a couple of times. Are you guys no longer supporting this product and I should switch?

One of the main reasons wo moved to Vendio was the ability to port our inventory to Amazon. This is a big deal, as all of your marketing material claim this is a core function of the service we are paying for. To have this be off line for two months is just unacceptable.
This has not worked for us at all for the last few months. Please put the resources on this to fix the problem, or start issuing refund for having a service that does not live up to the claims you make about it.
This is a big deal. And should not take multiple calls and tickets to get your attention!

Thank you for writing in. We logged into your Vendio account and checked that that last Amazon import attempt your Vendio account was on Mon, Oct 20 2014 16:01 PM.
Of the total of 7 items 2 were imported and 5 failed due to the reason "This SKU already exists, not importing." If you have more items on Amazon and wish to import you should be able to. Please feel free to reply if you have any more questions.
