Hi,
It has been almost a week since Vendio has not been functional in downloading my Amazon orders. Is there a time frame on when this will be fixed?

If it is not going to be fixed and Vendio will no longer work with Amazon can you please let me know?

I apologize for the delay in response. Our engineering team has got back to us with an update and have confirmed that the issue has been resolved.
