Is anyone else having issues with Amazon sales not updating the shipping status after entering the shipping service, tracking number, and marking the order shipped with the shipping date?

Hello,
Thank you for writing in.Please provide us with some Order Numbers as examples for those orders wherein the Shipping Status is not getting updated after entering the shipping service, tracking number and marking the order shipped with the shipping date on Vendio.We have not had any other user's reporting the same.Please ensure that you are updating the Order details on Vendio first and not directly on Amazon as this causes the Shipping status to not get updated on Vendio and also reflect incorrectly as times.Please let us know if you have any questions.
