Has anyone else lost the Open and sold list of their auctions? I had 70 auctions posted. Was waiting for a bunch to end today, went to check them as I knew I had viable bids on and I am told there are no auctions for this seller. My amazon nickname is birfel. I have been auctioning jewelry for a little over a year. This is the first time everything has disappeared like this. Is this a unique happening or are there others with the same problem. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Mine are gone, too
On a scale of 1 to 10...we'd all weigh a lot less!

I had over 580 auctions this morning and when I went to look, they were not listed in my sellers account. However, when I look in the site for my auctions they are still there. I called Amazon and they wrote back to me and I quote " I want to thank you for your continued patience with the issue of not
being able to access your auctions in your "Seller's Account." The
word from our technical department is that this is being caused by
some system maintenance that is being done. We hope that this is
resolved soon. Buyers are able to view your auctions by browsing our site via either
the Auction search box or the Advanced Search feature. They are still
able to bid and purchase your items as they normally would." I hope that I have helped.

What about closed and sold auctions. They don't exist either. I know I have to get in touch with winning bidders but I can't find them.

Well Im glad it's not just me.
I opened several auctions, though I don't even remember how many or which items.
Nothing shows up for me, I hope it gets fixed soon, this is the first time I've tried listing on Amazon.

It is still not fixed. It freaked me out yesterday afternoon when I saw it! I thought it was their way to get rid of the small dealers. I hope they get it fixed soon!

In advanced search - if you enter the category you sell in and enter your zip code, your auctions will come up in a list. Both for open and sold. At least you can check for winning bidders or viable bids. I printed out the whole list of current auctions just in case they don't get this fixed. At least it worked for me.

Hi, I tried the zip code and that didn't work, I tried the town and that didn't work. I used to have 700 or so auctions, now I have about 10 showing. What a mess! Anyone get any positive info from Amazon.com lately? I haven't had any luck via phone or email yet. Have been trying since yesterday afternoon. TIA for any help!

I tried with my zip code and got only closed auctions. I tried Emailing. but I haven't gotten a response. I seriously doubt anyone can bid right now. Melanie

I got an email Saturday morning after inquiring about current and past missing auctions,
<p>
"Thanks for getting in touch with us regarding your auctions not
appearing. Due to some maintenance on the site, your listings have
not been accessible through all the routes you have become accustomed
to.
<p>
"Do rest assured that this should not be a typical occurance. I regret
any alarm this caused you -- the matter is being corrected as I write
this, and all of your auctions should appear normally soon.
<p>
"Please know that we're here to help you in any way we can. Any time
you are inconvenienced we want to know, and we always appreciate
hearing from you. We promise that when these problems occur they are
always our top priority and we do everything it takes to fix them as
quickly as possible.
<p>
"Again, please accept our apologies for this. We're working hard to
refine all our features for optimal performance, and your patience
with our efforts is much appreciated. Further, your responses have
exemplified a measure of goodwill we're grateful for -- Thank you for
your participation in Amazon.com Auctions and zShops, and good luck
with your sales."
<p>
Can browsers find the auctions and bid? Can't say yes based on my 1 aucton. Toward the end of the run I'll bump it up on the search lists.

LOL.
the quirk was caused by setting up amazon.de!
Now we have to worry about Deutschland bidders (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, etc.) being DEADBEATS because they have to translate into English and vice a versa! and most of them dont have credit cards!!
Good luck to all
