I have a pro merchant account and have sold most of my books on the Marketplace. They have been billing me for .99 per book. Today I called and asked about it and was told they they charge you and then credit your account. They guy couldn't tell me when this happens but said he would get back to me. Does anyone know when they credit the account. I've already had 2 deposits and the credits are not appearing.
On another note, I can't get anything to re-list or list new. Keeps telling me I filled out the form wrong and look for red text. Unfortunately, there is no "red text" appearing anywhere on the page.

I have had the same "red text" problem. Most of them work all right if I go back later, but I have one book that cannot be listed because of this.

Amazon's problems are ever escalating. Beware of them. The decision makers in the tech dept. are a joke. I have dealt heavily with them for the last year and they have done nothing but work against their sellers.
