Must be a full moon. This past week I've had one Marketplace buyer return a book that she said her former roomate bought on her credit card w/o her knowledge. Do I refund the entire amount less shipping or the entire amount? The book was returned and the package was never opened. From what I could gather in Amazon's TOS, it looks like it is up to me.
I've had two people say that the factory sealed video was defective. One says there is no sound and the other one says it kept turning off her VCR. I can't say I've heard of either of these problems but I'm no video expert. Do you normally wait until they return the merchandise to reship regarding defective merchandise? It will take up to a month to have them ship it back to me and then have me re-ship if going media and its a two pack video.

After they return it, I refund the whole amount through Amazon. Amazon will credit your fees back. Since we are not able to refund more than the payment, there is no way to refund return shipping.
