Is there more than one way to leave feedback. A customer left me feedback and I am trying to leave him feedback. I normally go into "Your Account", View Your Auctions and Zshops listings", "Track and Manage all your listings at Amazon.com", then "Amazon marketplace and zshops sold". If a customer has a auction/zshop account I thought a note saying Please remember to leave feedback will show up. A customer just left me feedback but I don't see a way that I can leave him feedback as there is no link.
Second question, why do I get charged 40.64 per month for my subscription. What's the .64 cents for? Thanks.

if it was a marketplace sale then you will not be able to leave them feedback. if it was zShops or auctions then it must be a glitch.

I just found this useful link a few days ago and I now include it in my emails to customers, since it brings them right to the feeback instruction page at Amazon.
