I "won" a software item on Amazon Auctions and the seller did not respond other than to tell me where to send the money. So I contacted some of the other dutch "winners" and they said they had the same problem, one guy said he got the cd-rom and it was an illegal copy. I emailed the "seller" and told him under no circumstances was I going to buy an illegal copy from him and to send me an original or to send my money back. He said he would but of course he didn't.

I wrote to the sentinel at Amazon Auctions TWICE and included all copies of the sorrespondence and they have never replied to me. It has been about 3 MONTHS! Are other people having similar problems?

How can I get them to respond to me?

Find the information about the A-Z Guarantee and fill out the form for a refund.
