I sold a couple of books on Amazon Marketplace yesterday. They are showing up in my payments account as having been paid for, each about 2 minutes after they were ordered, so I'm assuming there was no problem with the person's credit card. But I'm not getting any emails from Amazon regarding these 2 books (nearly a full day later), and I'm reluctant to ship until they send me both the You Have An Amazon Marketplace Buyer and the Sold! Ship Now emails. Anyone else experiencing slow emails regarding Marketplace sales?

A couple of months ago I had the same problem but lately I've gotten every email from Amazon that I'm supposed to.
If a book shows as paid for in my Payments account I ship it out ASAP. Dont' wait for the email, there could be a separate email problem, somewhere between you and Amazon.
all the info you need to ship is also contained in the transaction page. If you click on the transaction id number for the sold item in your Amazon Payments account, you will go to the transaction page, it has the buyers name and address, etc. I just print the transaction page as my record of sale.

I am getting my emails from Amazon very late (24-48 hours late). I haven't got an email from Amazon all weekend and I have sold about 15 items.

I went ahead and shipped, since they are showing in my Payments account. I've gotten other emails from Amazon, but not those confirmations.

I sell about 10 items a day. Out of the roughly 60-80 sales per week - - -
I get e-o-a (end-of-auction) notices on only 90%. I stopped 'waiting' for them months ago when this 'new improvement' started and I just check my transaction page EVERY day.
