I find it very difficult to believe Amazon has not fixed this problem for almost 6 weeks now. I have not received a "You Have A Winner" notice for almost 6 weeks. What is up with that? This has happened before and it was fixed in a couple of day's. I take this as yet another sign that Amazon is/might be doing away with auctions and simply does not care a very importatnt feature is broken....For 6 weeks!
I wish they would be STRAIGHT with people and advise on the status of things...

Who's your ISP? They may be doing some sort of spam blocking and mistakenly discarding Amazon's mail to you. There was a news item recently about AOL losing days of mail from Earthlink users. You might want to ask your ISP about this sort of thing.

Thanks for the suggestion...But it is an Amazon issue.
I spoke with them again this morning. They increased the Pro Merchant limit to 40,000...But cannot fix this. This is a pain. The rep said it was noted as something that needed to be fixed. She did not have any additional info. about it. I, at least, can't print the winning notices from my "Auctions Sold" section. It prints the whole item...Image included. Not practical.
Amazon....Get real will you. Be honest for a change. What is the deal here? You have gone from being the best to almost the worst in 6 month's. What direction are heading?

I've never had a problem getting any of my emails from Amazon. Not sure what the problem is on your end, but I'm wondering if this is an isolated problem or if others are experiencing the same thing. I do know about the AOL/CS problem as well as webtv and home.com accounts having similar problems blocking emails. With the added revenue Amazon is making by charging a closing fee, I feel that auctions will continue and keep getting better as they realize the potential income from a successful auction site.

I started noticing a lack of eoa notices several months ago, sporadic but getting worse. I do not trust they will be sent now, so I faithfully check my transaction page every day. Sometimes more than once a day.
Sometimes the 'missing' notice never arrives, sometimes I've gotten it after two days, always dated on the day I SHOULD have gotten it. I, too, use these to send MY eoa to buyers by hitting reply and then deleting a little of that unbeleivable pile of "info" they see fit to send every stinkin' time. When I have a Marketplace sale I am quite sure that the breakdown of funds shows so the buyer can see the amount I paid Amazon to carry this book AND that Amazon only sends me $2.20.......not the whole $3.49 that they often think the seller is receiving.
Be nice to your sister, don't talk with your mouth full, don't touch that, it'll break! Mom

amazon can determine if the notices were sent. it may take awhile and your presistence but they can look through their records and see if the notices left them to you. that would help you narrow it to your ISP or not.

Good Luck! Amazon is out for Amazon!! Great members, poor management. Please excuse my nickname here, I dont work for amazon nor do I buy and sell there anymore. I used this name for a year in amazon, then they took it back !!! I was infringing on their trademark?? Hopefully I wont get auctionwatch in trouble by using it.
I cant believe Oprah promotes this site, a typical moral snafu.
