Well, after six months or so I thought I would give Amazon Auctions another try and
listed three items for 10 days.
I could add no counters on Honesty as they
say that Amazon doesn't have any info on my account.
Today my auctions are gone.
No closed auctions or any other trace of them.
Thirty cents is a small price to pay to
find out that things don't change.
They are still a second rate sight with
no hope of improving.

Indeed, nothing has changed. You have missed a lot though since you left initially. Missing auctions are the least of it.
I had a sold auction the other day and it is "gone" again. Hopefully it will show up in a couple of day's. This is happening on a regular basis. Amazon has reached all new heights for absurd behavior. I wouldn't bother with them. The only reason I do is because I still have almost 2000 listings with them. They have treated their sellers horribly.....

regarding the missing sold. check your billing history. It will be there :0 That's about the only way I've been able to track since the eoa's stopped too.

This is getting very frustrating. I've been bouncing around on several different sites and finally was ready to settle in at Amazon as I like the fact items seem to sell at higher prices - but this goofy auctions are up, down, and all around is ridiculous. I opened my auction list this morning and it said I had 16 open auctions - when I hit the refresh button I suddenly had 60. The funny part is - neither number is right!
Amazon is so dumb they don't even send out "Winning Notices" for items....That is where I usually track them down. The "Sold" column in our accounts is rarely working. This time the item has not even appeared in my "Billing History". This has happened before.
This time if I lose this sale they are going to credit me. I have had it with them. After 15 years in business...I have never seen anything like this.

I haven't seen this many tech glitches since the big Marketplace promotion. It couldn't have anything to do with the new Free shipping promotion could it??

Just off the phone:
As usual "we are not aware of any problems" Yes I see you have 5 listings what's the problem? WHERE THE !@@&%^^@*& are the rest of them! hmm maybe opening soon?
Frustration level is at an all time high. I still haven't cleaned up the 1-click mess.
Lost sales due to the timers stopped at 00:00:00 not in open not in closed. Thank god I knew who won it and could cross back.
