I was just viewing another seller's FB and noticed that in at least one case, they replied to their FB in some way. They had 3 or four "negs" for items not showing up [the buyer probably left the neg after two days!].
I checked everywhere and can't find a way to respond to FB. Is that only an option for auction or zshop sales? or do you know a way?
Not to obsess, but I'd sure like to be able to say "item delivered as described" so buyers won't look at my FB and assume I'm a liar based on a recent FB I got.

Go to your account - seller page, then go to Edit Your Zshops Storefront, then under
Your Storefront and Profile go to the Stars and Rating and right under is Respond to your feedback

Today I went in to reply to some negative FB and as far as I can tell, the link to do that has been disabled. It isn't clickable anymore. Has anyone noticed that? It's still shocking to me that buyers leave a negative without making any attempt to contact a seller about a return or refund.

Go to your account. View your feedback. Click on the link after "Member" at the top of the page. Leave feedback for yourself by clicking on the link there.

THere are so many issues around marketplace fb. customers seem so so much more demanding than anywhere else I have sold books. It is also very difficult for a seller to respond to the unfair feedback . I have seen feedback totally unrelated to the item sold and shipped~ ie the buyer didn't like the ending of the book sold! Feedback is the most important item for a buyer on marketplace as the competition is very tight.
