BAndwidth !!!!!!!
Finally there is some sign of intelligence on this board, ebay is looking at all these items selling at 2.95 and wonder the same ??
same with 75 cents books on half.com?
how much is 5 % commision or final value fee of a 75 cents book or a beanie at 2.95??
as for amzn,i think they should just scrap auction and revamp z shop.

I actually do quite well on Amazon auctions. Amazon auctions work well for people with a large inventory, that don't mind letting it sit there until the right buyer comes along. You can't beat the monthly subscription, amazon one-click, and the auto-resubmit feature. One thing in particular that I get with Amazon auctions, is a heavy international clientele. I would say that at least 20% of my winners are from outside the US. Sure it's not for everyone, but for myself and others, Amazon is quite profitable.

somone who posted on aw a while back claimed she sells 1300 products and sell them on 8 websites.
she claimed zshop kills amzn auctions?
i looked up what she sells on ebay,it is not much to write home about.
so i guess it depends on what you sell, zshopor auction.
what do you sell on auction

Even sportscards don't sell well on Amazon Auctions even with a 10 cent listing fee. Of the 402 pages of card listings I found today, 2 1/2 pages had bids. That's P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C!!!

Shut it down Amazon!! You guys have really run your auction site INTO THE GROUND!!!

Yes, but if the sellers are still listing, then it must be profitable for them to do so. When it becomes not profitable, is when myself and others will leave Amazon auctions. Where else can you list 40,000 items for under $40 a month?

if dealers wont do it,then the site operator will force the dealers to remove stale inventory by raising fee.
who will come and see the same items all the time, thats the problem with many sites.
