There are a couple of posters in this forum that use it and they say it is rather nice but what I want to know what is eBay API thingy.

ciscokidd has made 12 posts on AW since being registered. They all promote this other service.
Which makes me think he works for that one.
So they have to troll here for accounts? If so, I always avoid services that sink that low.

kiara: JUST as AW does here:
http://www.auctionwatch.com/help/faq.html/19
SD & AH & CA all offer referral programs!
I think it is unfair to accuse SD (Tomas) of stooping due to the actions of a member here...
Tomas has more than enough members to be pretty happy by now

Since I don't know about the other service I will apologize if I insulted the owner.
But I think that it's low of ciscokidd to keep coming here looking for credits. That's not what the ebay Outlook is for.
And yeah, I know I violate the Outlook's rules also so don't remind me of that.

Libra: the API is eBay's direct pipeline -- AW & AH & CA & SD & FROGGY all are signed-up; there may be more out there
It makes a HUGE difference for listing -- there should be no processing, processing errors, as it bypasses the sellYOURitem form
Updates to eBay categories, etc are automatic

You can see that AW has a lot of serious competition out there.

I signed up for the SD free 30 day trial last night and listed a couple of items. I love AW but saving $25/month for same services and NO FVF was too tempting!! I am about to list several items and guess what? SD web site not available! ON SUNDAY!!!!

I signed up last night also but didn't list anything. I was going to start this am. I would love to save money listing but if he is going to have internal server errors and not beable to create listings when I have free time I can't use it. I need something that is going to be up and running 24/7. It does look like the auctions still run.

I signed up with SD when it first started and was totally free. Never used it all but few months later got a bill from them as they started charging monthly fees without any notice. I gave them a piece of my mind in an email.

Well at $4.95/mo it would take 6 months to reach my AW monthly bill (and that is before final value fees)..i am finding that it doesnt interface with eBay totally though or i am doing something wrong..and no saved listing info. working now..
