Saw this in someone's tos......what do you think? "In the event of an e-bay outage within two hours prior to the end of this sale, the auction will be cancelled and the item re-listed at a future date".

I'd sure hold my bid until the last minute -- if I remembered to return to bid, that is.

It's a BAD idea, because eBay has a tendency to end auctions like that.
