i have been away for a while setteling my brothers affairs, so recently i started listing again, and wouldent you know it i get 2 deadbeats the first week, this i dont mind so much, you go through the motions and get your fee credit, but what i can not understand is, if the bidder was so hanus as to be narued why should we have to wait 10 days, and get off color email from a person who we have NO chance of collecting from..... i understand there must be a policy to protect the bidders, but really if ebay booted them why wait for the fee credit?

You mean you don't know??

It's to discourage us from getting our refunds.

James.
