About a month ago, I sent payment to a seller via paypal. they sent me the item.
i advzd them payment still unclaimed several times via email. Am I still being charged for this payment? or if not claimed yet, will it go on my credit card later? How long should I wait? HELP!

Registered PayPal users don't need to claim their payments. They arrive in seller's account a couple seconds after you push the send button.
Assuming the seller is a regular PayPal user, you most likely sent the payment to the wrong email address. This is pretty common- folks miss a letter in an email address, or sent it to **.com instead of **.net- something like that. Seller most likely fouled up and sent upon your email notification to him that you'd paid.
Take a look at the email address you sent to. Then compare it to seller's email address. If they are different, you need to cancel that payment (that returns the $$ to your account) and resend to the correct address.
