A Closed auction is Missing from My Ebay and Search.

I use MyEbay to manage my auctions.
I have a link that gives me all my current auctions and back 2 days.

I've had a bunch closing yesterday and sent all the invoices to the winners.

But a winner from an auction yesterday emiled me asking for info. I looked and it wasn't on my MyEbay list.

He gave me the Auction number and yes it's my auction and it closed last night.

Also I did a seller search on myself looking for closed auctions. All my other closed auctions are there but not this one!

I don't keep track of my auction all that well and I rely on MyEbay or seller search. What worries me is if there are other auctions missing too!

Anybody else see this?

It happens to me periodically if I have several auctions scheduled at exactly the same time. If you know some are missing you can email [email protected] & ask them to reset your auctions. It takes several hours for them to get around to it, but they have always fixed it for me.
