Hello,
The two smaller dolls have PVC bodies with painted on clothes and are not jointed. The lager doll is jointed and the arms and legs, she has painted on shoes. They are all marked Mattel 1988 and all smell good like berries, cupcakes and so forth. Does anyone know what they are called? Thanks for any help. Goodnight.

Yes, it was Strawberry Shortcake. I have a "Strawberry Shortcake" cake pan that I picked up at a yard sale. I don't know if they are popular anymore.

The dolls in the picture are not Strawberry Shortcake dolls.

Strawberry Shortcake was popular in 1980 and was copeyrighted by American Greeting Co.

I believe what you have is a knock off of them.

Hello,
They aren't Strawberry Shortcake, she was made by Kenner and would be marked 1979.

I think they were called Cherry Merry Muffin dolls and each one had a name that matched the smell.
