I just don't have the head for this today.
Had a bidder last month, who only paid and responded to email after I filed for the FVF credit. She paid, I sent her item, end of story.
She has racked up 6 negs (at last count), and seems to be one of those bidders who picks and chooses after winning.
Now she has bid on 3 more of my items, and yes, I know I should cancel her bids, but last time I did that, she kept re-bidding, over and over, no matter how many times I cancelled. I don't know...I would just feel sh*tty contacting safeharbor about a prior customer.
Advice? Maybe some encouraging words of some sort...of why I should appreciate the return business...anything?

Julesy, if it was me, I would remove her bids and tell her if she does it again, then she will be reported to safeharbor. Six negs? No....red flags flying everywhere with this one. Dont take a chance...if she flakes, and shes bidding on 3 or 4 or more of your items...that 3 or 4 or more NEGS she can give YOU.

In any case, safeharbor isn't going to NARU her because you cancelled her bids and told them to bar her from bidding on your auctions.
Cancel these bids, contact safeharbor, and get a good night's sleep. There's no reason you have to stick YOUR neck out any further for this character.

I'm with the crowd. Send this person and email which explicitly states that she is NOT, under any circumstances to bid on any more of your auctions. CC: [email protected]. In the event that she ignores your request, cancel her bids and notify Safe Harbor. She will be suspended!

You're both right, HCQ & Maui, I know. I just needed that little nudge. I didn't even think of the possibility that I would be setting myself up for a barrage of negs from her.

I never thought about myself getting negs either...until I got my first one on mauimoods....what a bummer. Wanted to cry. So now, I think about them, because I dont want ANY MORE, lol.

Been there. . .didn't do that. Wish I had!
I am still being haunted by guy with one excuse after another. Finally after 2 months, I got my money but I let it get out of hand because he won so many auction. (22)Recently he won another bid and now no money.
Stick a fork in me, I am done. . .I had to re-write a really long listing and had already deleted photos. Not to mention, the sheer aggravation when you see their name come up! In the future, he will have bid canceled and e-mail sent requesting he no longer bid on my auctions (bcc safeharbor) and if he gets suspended, too bad!
