Did anyone happen to see the Peoples Court yesterday? I don't know if it was a rerun or not. It was a guy sueing an ebay seller for what he had paid him, about $675.00. The dumb dude signed the money order, wrote down his DL# and ph.# and then said he didn't get payment. He then sold it again to the second highest bidder. The court brought in a well known forensic handwriting expert who determined ( as I did) that it was the sellers signature. Needless to say Judge Jerry chewed him up and spit him out!!!I could see guilt written all over his face and as a seller and buyer, I know what he was saying was a crock....so if you have been ripped off, take it to small claims court!!!
Re: a funny about Ebay's EOA notices. I got some this morning for auctions ending Sept 4th. I have already shipped the items!!! LOL
