I had an auction won by a bidder about 5 days ago I finally heard from her last night and she only gave her name as Lover with a PO for an address. I wrote her back and now the email address is dead. I checked her bidding activity and she registered the last week of August and has over 78 auctions she has bid on, What should I do, contact Ebay or wait out the 7 days and file a NPB.

I bet you already know there's a headache in it for you if you even try to contact her and sell this to her.
She must have bid on many items, gotten her jollies and then said "bye bye..."
If you won't lose too much, contact the second highest bidder to see if they are interested. If they aren't, just file the necessary paperwork and get your listing fees back.

It is a headache but she is still bidding on higher priced items now, not enough time has gone by for all the negative to catch up to her yet. Should I contact ebay and try to have her stopped?

Most certainly you should contact Ebay. First I'd request contact info through the "Find Members" link. If the contact info contains the same email address, then you will definitely get her suspended by reporting the fact that her registered email address is invalid. If it's a different email address, mail her at that one, sending her the necessary info to submit payment and letting her know that the email she used to contact you wasn't working and that you are expecting a response or you'll have to notify Safe Harbor. If you don't get payment within your specified time limit, file a NPB alert and then file for FVF. Given the fact that there's something fishy about the deal, I don't feel that there's any point to you expending the normal amount of effort one would with a bidder that seems to be on the level.

I checked the info and email address is the same I contacted Safe Harbor I also emailed several other sellers that have closed auctions that she has won and they have not heard anything from her also.
Hope Ebay acts swiftly to save other sellers from this headache!!

It sounds like the same bidder I had that won't answer her email. She won a auction on 8/22 I have sent her 3 emails and he ignores me. I went to her bidders page and she has bid on many items. I am waiting to see if she gets feedback from any auctions after mine. All in a days work. Yks
