eBay changed the MisterLister program in the last 24 hours and now it no longer works.

Of course they won't admit it!

"We are currently experiencing slowness with Mister Lister. Members may experience a delay
between the time their items are submitted and the time they are available to commit to the site."

What's the penalty for breaking something and lying about it?

penalty for breaking things and lying about it? They re-elected Clinton for breaking the law and lying about it and they are trying to elect the vice-prevaricator to continue the tradition. After all he invented the Internet.

eBay isn't lying. They are having problems with Mister Lister which they do quite regularly.
