I was wondering if any of you receive payments after you have gotten money back for that auction from ebay. I had a person who would not pay, i filed a npb, and there was still no pay. After 10 days, I did the credit refund, and the next day she sends me money via paypal.
I have not started the relisting process yet, so I can send this item to her, but should I do this or should i give her a refund and tell her its too late?
If I do send the item, I would have to email ebay and tell them to remove the npb from her and also have them charge me back for that auction.
Just wondering if any of you have this type of thing happen often and what actions you take.

The way PayPal is going now, I would just send her payment back to her, and relist. And the beat goes on......for her feedback you could just say Seller completed trans. after it was null and void. Payment refunded.

agent -- It's really up to you at this point. Do you feel the bidder had a legitimate reason for taking so long to pay? Is his/her feedback good otherwise?
Twice I've received payments after filing for FVF credit. Both times I felt the bidders had a good reason for paying late, so I went ahead and completed the transactions. I contacted eBay both times to let them know that the bidders did pay, and the non-paying bidder warnings were reversed.
Something else to consider ... were you happy with the original bid amount? If you relisted it, would it be likely to sell for more? To me, that would be secondary (the bidder's situation would be primary), but it's something to think about as well.

I've been in the same position as dewey. I also wrote to Ebay and they retracted the warning.
My problem was with a bidder in France. Kept promising payment which never came. After I got my FVF and left negative feedback I finally got payment from someone completely different in the US (!) paying for her. Never could work that one out and quite frankly at that point was too cranky to ask.
