Just tried to log on to Paypal again at 3:00 PM CST and got this message:

While they are fixing things ... your announcements page says NOTHING about the sudden change of fee structure. Nor does the account comparison page.
Kind of embarassing to have one part of the site claiming one thing and the login page doing another.
