No difference. The designation is for those that register as a business (business accounttax id) or high-volume sellers (premier) that need business-like services. Functionality is one and the same.

One is for business.. such as where you have an EIN and other things like that. The other is for if you're an individual, doing business under your own name, w/out the benefit of an EIN, etc. .. such as most Ebay sellers.

I hate to sound stupid but I still wonder. I have a business license but I am a little reluctant to give Paypal a bunch of my business information if I don't need to. So the original question is, does it matter which I choose?

Everyone,
Once again, threads concerning PayPal are dominating the eBay Outlook. I am going to lock this thread as well as several others, and ask that you confine your comments concerning PayPal to the one PayPal thread that will be left open in the eBay Outlook, or start a new thread in the Partner Services Forum.
