What does everyone use to automatically send e-mails when the auction ends? I launch all of my auctions through AW and am tired to manually doing e-mails. I need something easy to use and that will send bulk e-mails automatically to my winners. Any suggestions?

If you keep all your data in a table or spreadsheet, you can link it to a mail merge document in your word processor. I copy it into a clipboard, paste it into an email and send it off.
I suppose this can be completely automated, but if a bidder has multiple winning bids that complicates the matter and I am not aware of a program that handles that.

I use Netscape as my browser. The Messenger (email) options include templates. I have a variety of standard reply templates for auction winners. I can copy an email address from my EOA notice to the template in a couple of seconds and my reply email is ready to go. I can send a hundred or so confirmation emails in less than 15 minutes. It works great when I receive my EOA notices from eBay on time. But that is another issue. I would be interested in hearing from other users on how they streamline their replies to buyers.
