All I've been able to learn was that Goldman Sachs is releasing their reports on amazon and then on eBay on 19th & 20th; evidentally positive analysis by Goldman Sachs was mentioned on CNBC teevee, and there was a big ol' rally, with headlines saying Net Auctions lead NASDAQ rally.

eBay stock is up over 40% in the last month.

Announcements made that Hard Rock Cafe collections, Vietnamese Treasures and Athlete Memorabilla from sydney 2000 Olympics will be sold on eBay. Great collections will start live auctions.

Why the surge in stock price and what does this mean to us?

Value of all eBay stock has increased about 5 Billion dollars this past month.. Insiders (management, Board and their supporters) are reported to hold approx. 54% of outstanding stock.

What they are doing seems to be working for them.

No changes in sight.

We better learn to like it or.... what?

Glad I've got my nose into the tent at YAHOO.
