Greetings -- Can someone tell me if eBay is down? Seems to be the only site I can't access (not even the home page.) Is it me or them?

I feel better now. I have been trying for 3 hours to get in and keep getting the error page. I can't get to the home page either. Also having problems getting into paypal too. I have four people I need to pay and told them I would pay them today. Anyone know why this is happening?
I AM SCI-FI.
