Will wonders never cease! Several weeks ago I wrote to Half.com about a "3" feedback that was left for me, along with the associated comment that "waited 10 day ship" and "didn't include packing." I was mainly concerned that I couldn't respond, because I had shipped same day of confirmation and had included packing materials. A couple of days ago, I got an email from them asking me to confirm the date of shipping--which I did, along with the weight and total cost of the package. Today, I went to check my feedback, and the customer had changed it to a 5 with a comment that the package had been shipped promptly and exactly as described. I never thought Half.com would do anything about it at all--I am thrilled that they actually took action and got it corrected. With all the negatives lately, it feels really nice to be able to report something positive!

To what e-mail address did you write? I have a seller that I left a 1 for because they sent me the right CD case but the wrong CD was inside. A few days later I received the correct CD in the mail. I tried to change the feedback to reflect the correction but it wouldn't let me. I would love to get their feedback changed.
