I was just looking at some items and found that those that have been featured that the jpeg appears to the left of the description.
Makes it really stand out I like the way it looks.

Adrian, I'm running a featured at the moment, rather like it myself

What I am seeing, is that when I go to the 'current' listings for a category, it now defaults to 'All items including Gallery preview' whereas it used to default to just 'All items'.
So if you've paid for a gallery image, it automatically shows in the listing, Featured or non-Featured. I just noticed this for the first time yesterday, and I kind of like it.

May load slowly for some people, but not if you've got DSL or cable. Like it or not, I think this is the direction eBay will go, as more people hookup to better bandwidth.
Just one small problem, like sulyn1950 said, the pics are so small, most are worthless.

Seems no matter what ebaY does people are not happy.
I for one found the pics to be just fine just enough to peak your interest and take a closer look.I started going through a few pages and found some items I would have over looked because of the new feature.
So I think its great and I do not have super fast internet hookup either.

Hey Adrian, I don't want to complain. I like the fact that my gallery items are getting a lot more width, and are therefore much more prominent. A good buy for a quarter.
I think it makes a big difference as to what the item is. I was looking at my listing in the rare books category, but when viewing book covers, it's all a blur. I for one, would be all in favor of increasing the sizes of these images just a little.
(P.S. I just had my eyes checked and I have a have a large monitor, set at 1024x768.)
