What you are charged for shipping will depend on:
- what country the package is coming from
- how it is mailed (e.g. airmail)
- size and weight
- whether it is insured
- whether a handling charge is added on
Just e-mail the seller and ask what the shipping charge will be, before you bid.

hey there, I would also check with your local import/export government office thingie to see what the rules and regs are.
I used to work for a company who imported large and small orders of wholesale goods from India and the stuff always got hung up in the customs office. The people in other countries you are buying from might not know anything about the import laws or regs so you don't want to just take their word for it. Our sources in India would always assure us that the packages would sail right through and they never did----we finally realized they knew absolutely nothing about American import rules and said the same thing to all their customers regardless of the country.

There's also info on the USPS website that lets you get an idea what shipping might be.. you select the country and weight by pounds and ounces and ZING you get about 12 options from surface mail to overnight shipping. Whether the seller charges a 'handling' fee is another story.. but for that I'd agree with the previous comments; contact the seller if it's not spelled out in the item description
