My son is a great fan of Animal Planet and he wanted some study materials for his 3rd grade class. He is especially interested in Canadian animals.

I was searching EBAY and found a video titled:

"Wide Open Beavers"

Naturally, I thought it was a nature video and ordered it for my son.

I guess I am too naive.

Anyway, I was fortunate to open the package before my son, and I was horrified that it has a flthly picture on the cover of the tape.

I notified the seller who says he will only do refunds if the tape is defective. I think this was deceptive advertizing, and I should get a refund on this disgusting tape.

Was this video listed in the regular eBay areas or in the adult section?

Maybe the tape was mislabeled. I would suggest that you watch it to be sure.

As ebay SEARCH does not search in the ADULT area, we have to assume that you were browsing the ADULT area for this “Beaver” tape. BAD, BAD Parent!!!

Back under your bridge now...

Must be an Aussie seller. Beavers is a bad word down under. You don't go around saying, 'Good dayy mate, yer beaver are showing todayyy mateee'.

That's definitely a no no.

Probater, I have someone for you to talk to -- printseller. As he can tell you, all you have to do is claim that your son bought the item and the video can be returned.

Also, is it possible that you might have order some coins, and the packages got switched in the mail?

probater-

Not that I beleive you...but just for sheer humor value...

What did the auction description say??

Do you often bid on auctions without reading descriptions?

Thanks for the chuckle

probater: Good joke. I don't believe for a New York minute that an auction for an "art film" wouldn't have an image on the auction page. Or perhaps you didn't notice?

Reddeer: For shame! BTW how can you tell the difference?

-- technically, to be a Troll, the post has to be beleivable and likely to incite inflamed comment.

Smw ..... Hey, it's easy, the Canadian Beavers are known for their ultra thick underfur & extra long guard hairs. I suppose it's due to our very long & very cold Winters?
