Help! I had auctions scheduled to launch and 7 of them didn't.
I managed to get 5 of them rescheduled and they did launch,
but the last two have been 'processing' for 7 hours now! I
can't unscheduled them (tried that) and yet they won't launch
from AW to Ebay. Can somebody please help????

cartaker,

I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your question. I would suggest you post it in the AuctionWatch Services Forum where the Customer Service Reps will see it. I believe they've left for the evening, but someone will be available to help you first thing tomorrow morning.

Cartaker, open the auction by clicking on the title in the 'pending' section of your auction manager.

It may take you to a page that gives you an 'undo launch' option; if so, click on undo, then go back to auction manager, open the auction again, and go to 'launch now' or 'schedule auction'.

But it may give you a different page...one that has two buttons at the top..'edit' and something else (I've forgotten what the first one is); click on 'edit' and go through your auction and click on 'launch now' (or re-schedule the launch).

I have noticed that when I try to relist an item which has been closed for more than 30 days (and for which I am not entitled to a listing refund...as in the case of multiples), there is a problem getting the auction to launch. I think eBay's computer isn't sure what to do, as it can't give the the red notice to inform me that 'this does not qualify for a listing refund' or however they say it.

Hope this helps.

Oh, one other thing you might try if the above doesn't help.

Open your auction; click on 'copy'. Then schedule or launch the copy, and delete the original.

Have had this solve the problem.
