So with this form of censorship in mind, will auctions be next if not already on our list? None the less, I simply posted it to keep everyone informed. Happy Reading!?

I hope you took the time to read it though, all kidding aside. Actually, no problem with ebay changing policy, they're too busy trying to keep their site from running. Call Meg crash for short..

Actually, I am a Advocate aganst Goverment Censorship aganst Media, and this was expected.

Still, this issue is blow out of porportion. Plus, there's a few inacuracies in the "study," which isn't right for the thread...or maybe.

One part of the study had shoppers going to stores to buy R-rated and Mature Games, and they also sent many young people in.

Turns out they were sucessful over 2/3rds of the time.

eBay would fit into a gray area. They have many sellers of R-rated video and Mature games, and we all know what it takes for a kid to register on eBay...

Still, something to ponder in the near future...

The Attorney Generals office here in Michigan just did a sting of online tobacco sellers.

Michigan must be an awfully safe place to live, what with the lack of murders, assaults and rapes being committed. At least, one might conclude that, based on the state's attention and resources being spent on tobacco seller stings.

C.S. That's my point as well. The sting was moreso beneficial selling their ghost stories. But, none the less, it's too easy to sell to kids on ebay when ebay doesn't even enforce their own rules...victim's that become casualties is what's coming. The seller is at the mercy of ebay and the gov.

That is, untill eBay is sued by the goverment for being a front to easy acess to children to violent games.
