I don't know what to do, I have 3 month writing to this people and they keep sending me the same message saying that the company that authorizes the credit cards of their users is another company.
I tried to register 4 differente cards (They all belong to me) and the system does not accept them, I offered to send them via FAx a copy of my licence and credit cards so they canverify that it's me but they don't care. What can I do if this stupid people obviously don't care about a customer that had a problem for the past 3 month? Unfourtanly a lot of people use paypal and it is easier to pay or accept money using this service.

I tried to add a cc at Paypal & they said the addresses did not match, but they do. I sent several emails to Damon but to no avail. I even sent a screen shot of my account screen at the credit card company showing the address is the same as my paypal address. They kept saying that their "3rd-party" verifier kept returning the fact that the address was different. I emailed my cc company & confirmed that that the address was right. They did & said that paypal could call them & verify if they wanted but Damon said they could not call.
This is service?
I remeber the "old" days when a merchant would pick up the phone & call to verify. Now, if the computer say's NO, you're out-of-luck.
I'm looking at other payment options now because this isn't service to me!

HI Goob22,
I did some more research with the vendor and I saw one other thing that might assist. Some credit card companies release a numeric street address in alpha form (such as FIRST versus 1st). I did some additional background with them and I was able to make it work with another user in this manner.
The issue that we had had more to do with the information the credit card company was releasing when the verification process was initiated.
