I won a auction on sept 6, I paid by paypal sept 9, I still have not recieved item, item desp.stated that items would be mailed 2-3 days after they recieved payment (pirioty shipping) seller has a 400+ feedback no neg.I have emailed the seller and asked when he shipped, reply was sorry but I have not mailed it yet when I do I will send it pirioty mail! on auction in all caps it says if not paid for 10 days after auction closes I will leave neg. feedback!! What would you do Leave seller neg. feedback, average feedback or just let it go?

akt...wait until you actually receive your item before doing anything. If you are happy with the item, then leave a neutral stating Item okay but slow shipping. If you are not happy with the item, then you can consider a negative.

Although slow shipping is a nuisance, unless you need the item for a specific day, it's not as important as the item itself being as described and arriving in good condition.

And just because a seller puts a 10 day limit on receiving payment, I think many sellers here can tell you that is not written in stone. It's usually for effect.
