Ahhh...someone came through with a Paypal payment!
And although there was a big discussion here at one time about Paypal not confirming the customer's address to the seller, this email does specify a shipping address.
However, the buyer had already emailed me to ship it to a different name than her own, and the address is different than the one Paypal shows.
Although I have had this situation occur before, it wasn't complicated by Paypal. I know Bidpay specifies not to ship to any other address than what they show in their email.

I'd contact the buyer at her Ebay registered email address and ask her to confirm the shipping info. It could be that she has a different default address entered at PayPal, and neglected to change the information in the last screen or so of making the payment.

JMHO-I am furious right now, because a seller shipped something to the paypal address rather than the address I requested! I bought something for my son at college and asked them, on my paypal payment, to send it directly to him. Instead, they sent it to me, charged a LARGE handling fee-and now I have to turn around and pay for postage again to get it where I want it sent!
Check with your customer and send it where they want it sent-there's probably a very good, innocent reason for their request.

Maybe I didn't make the situation clear.
I have had a number of requests over a period of time to ship to sister, ot mother, etc., and I've never considered it a problem.
However, in a thread here some time ago, one of the 'scams' with Paypal accounts was having merchandise shipped to a different address, then claiming it was never received and requesting a chargeback.
What is Paypal's position on this? I didn't find a place on the site to email them, although as a new user, I could be missing something.

I've had the same problems with checks and money orders. The address on the check doesn't match the shipping address (and sometimes doesn't even match the address on the check).
I think that before you ask paypal you should email the buyer first to see if that is where the mistake is. THEN, if the buyer really does want the item shipped to another address ask paypal just as a CYA thing. I'd guess that if the buyer does want the item shipped to another address it is just a 'gift' thing, but it never hurts to be prepaired.

I ran out of money in my PayPal account and opened one in the wifes name. I may bid using my handle and pay out of wifes PayPal. I also buy stuff and have it shipped to the young'un's. FWIW
The more people I get to know, the better I like my dog.

I just got a paypal request to ship to another address in the message part of the Paypal. She asks to ship it to her mother, and its an address in the same town.
The email matches the winner of the auction (and the price I got for the item is very good, more than I expected) so I guess I'll ship it to her mom, as requested.

PS I know some people who think that making people send to the same address would be a way of cutting down on fraud, but until they do, I guess I'll ship wherever I'm asked to.

I would certainly ship to the address given by the owner of the email address registered with Ebay for the User ID of the bidder who purchased the item, checking with them by phone, if you feel the extra expense of the phone call is warranted. If the price of the item merits and you're really concerned about the possibility of a scam, it might be worth a couple of extra dollars out of your pocket to get some kind of recorded delivery that requires a signature.

What you should do is come here and ask perfect strangers what to do... Never mind emailing the winning bidder, we can give you fine answers. Spend a few hours chatting with us, we'll give you all kinds of advice. After you've got a few answers you might contact paypal and wait til they respond. Then contact ebay... Maybe in a few days you could email the winning bidder about this matter...
