Heres the deal...Buyer retracts bid on one of my auctions right before it ends, and auction goes without a buyer (better than a deadbeat I know!) Out of curiosity, I check their bid retractions...GET THIS...
36 in the last 7 days...
122 in the last month...
472! in the last 6 months!!!!!
(#s have been lowballed to protect the guilty)
I emailed safeharbor and the NARU'ed the person!!!! Yahh! They are mainly a seller too - probably because they retract all of their bids. I just feel so good!!!!!

If there had been another bidder, I would have suspected bid shielding (where somebody has two accounts; they bid with both, one bidding way high to scare off other people, then retract, so the other account gets the item at a low price).

Well, the other person sells mostly movie star memorabelia (sp?!), and I sell clothing items and lingerie, so probably not!
