Ok, I was mad for awhile when they didn't let me call my Post Office directly--routed all calls to an 800 telephone number (1-800-ASK-USPS). Then I was miffed when every other time I called I got the wrong information or an incompetent clerk couldn't answer my question at all. But hey, at least it was 24 hours & I was talking to a human being, right? HAVE YOU TRIED CALLING LATELY? THE 800 NUMBER IS NOW "SHUT DOWN" FOR SEVEN HOURS A DAY! Yeah, like nobody has shipping questions in the wee hours of the night...AND THESE GUYS WANT TO RAISE THE COST OF POSTAGE AGAIN TO "MAINTAIN" SERVICE??
