If I have someone win three items from me in a dutch auction, and they don't pay and I file a FVF, does that count as one or three offenses?

Ok, first of all, did they bid on only 3 of your items and win, or did they bid on more and only won 3?

This is important, because if they bid for more of the items, but only won 3, under ebay rules, they do not have to purchase any of the items.

It only counts for 1 offense, because it was only 1 auction. That has always been the policy with Dutch auctions and FVF.

However, ebay has changed its policy on regular auctions and FVF. If you had 12 different auctions and the same bidder did not pay for any of them, it would only count as 1 offense.

1 seller can not NARU a bidder.

edited for clarity.

Kelly, I had three items in the auction and they won all three.

Rosiebud, that policy blows. I could have a dutch auction of 50 items for $50 each, and someone bids on them all and doesn't pay, yet it's one offense.
