I think the Western Union name would give the service a big advantage with new buyers. The fact it's free isn't important, but the fact that when it is no longer free the fee will be applied to the buyer should make it attractive to sellers. I've offered it for some time, but nobody has used it. It looks like a much better way of paying than purchasing a snail mail money order from Western Union.

I prefer Achex (www.achex.com) -- I've used it as both a buyer and seller and it's free for both. Very efficient and easy to use.
