I paid $5.00 to hilight 2 auctions. Neither has the hilighting or for that matter the gallery or billpoint icons when they come up in search. The items are there but not the features. Items were listed last night.

You could try sending an email to [email protected]. They have fixed problems like this very quickly for me in the past.

Interestingly, the hilighting comes up if I search from scratch but not if I use my search bookmark. Hmmmm, that seems to mean that some users wouldn't see this feature even though eBay has told me it works - and it does, sort of. Sometimes.

This from eBay support
"I have looked at the bookmark you have provided and see that this is the problem. you have bookmarked an old copy of the results page that is not compatible with the new features.
In order to see the highlighting, you will need to access the search results from the current page. "
How many eBayers use 'older' bookmarks that work just fine for everything except the new highlighting?
What do you really get for $5.00?
