Can A package be shipped Priority w/ delivery confirmation to a P.O. box?
I know UPS won't ship to P.O. boxes.

Absolutely, and that's probably preferable to shipping DC to a street address, since you KNOW that only someone with access to the PO box will be able to pick it up. Apparently, not all PO's observe the regulation that DC mail should not be left in unsecured locations, and it has been stolen in such cases. This creates a real problem, because the PO shows "delivery" and won't honor insurance claims.
