Actually.......
If you have a business, and you sell the business, and the UserName/email addy is attached to the business, you can sell it with the business as an asset. ebaY, has the right to remove feedback if they so choose, but I was told late last year that you can sell it as a business asset in the sale of a business... and that ebaY might even allow the feedback to stand, at their discretion.
It may have changed since, but I don't think it has.

I did!
there was a character in my ebay ID that gave me trouble when trying to make a link to it. I had to change it to make it more accessible
you just reminded me that, a year ago, I did ran across an auction like that... and it was canceled by ebay.
